Vertex Consulting was founded in 2018 in Strumica, Macedonia by Goran Dinov — with a simple philosophy: business consulting should produce real, measurable improvements, not impressive reports. Eight years and dozens of client engagements later, that principle still drives everything we do.
In 2026, we expanded into digital marketing with the launch of Vertex Marketing — a creative, tech-forward division led by Lazar, Petar, and Andrej. Together, the two divisions give our clients everything they need to grow: strategic clarity on the consulting side, and modern digital execution on the marketing side.
We work primarily with small and mid-size Macedonian businesses, with select foreign clients operating in or entering the local market. What binds us to every client is a commitment to honesty, practical outcomes, and long-term relationships.

Full-stack developer specializing in AI-assisted development. Builds modern web applications using Next.js, React, and the latest AI technologies.
Petar
Design & Social Media — Vertex Marketing
Visual designer and social media strategist. Combines creative direction with data-driven insights to build brand presence that actually converts.

Vertex Consulting founded
Goran Dinov founds the company in Strumica with a focus on practical business consulting for Macedonian SMBs.
2020
Expanded into IT consulting
Added IT systems assistance to the service portfolio as clients increasingly needed help with digital transformation.
2023
AI consulting launched
Began integrating AI tools into client operations, becoming one of the earliest AI consulting providers in the region.
2026
Vertex Marketing division launched
